Cookies
There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to: Google Analytics 4 runs cookielessly, no advertising script loads, and nothing is written to or read from your device — including by the one third-party script the content-delivery network inserts.
The short answer
This site sets no cookies. Not a preference cookie, not a session cookie, not an analytics cookie. There is no banner because there is nothing to consent to, and putting one up anyway would be theatre.
Every script that loads, named
Rather than assert the absence, here is the list. If you find something on this site that is not on it, that is a defect and the contact page is where to say so.

| What | Why it is there | Sets a cookie |
|---|---|---|
| A consent-default declaration | A few lines inline in the page that set every advertising and analytics signal to denied before anything else could run. It loads nothing and contacts nothing. | No |
| static.cloudflareinsights.com | Inserted by the content-delivery network that serves this site, for its own aggregate performance measurement. Not requested by this site and not configurable from it. | No |
| Google Analytics 4 | Visit measurement, configured cookielessly — no cookie and no identifier stored on your device. See the privacy page for what it does involve. | No |
Three entries, and none of them writes to your device.
Advertising
There is none. No advertising script loads, no advertising network is integrated, and the build is checked for advertising markup before it ships. This is a property of the site rather than a current preference: the portfolio it belongs to does not monetise a site until it has aged, and this one is new.
